At Essence of AJ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a straightforward return policy.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. This gives you ample time to try your products and decide if they’re right for you.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as you received it
- Unused and unworn
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process
- Initiate your return: Contact our customer service team online to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package your return: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship your return: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refund Options
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us for assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery on our contact form. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective merchandise.
Holiday Returns
During the holiday season (November 1 – December 31), we extend our return window. Items purchased during this period may be returned until January 31 of the following year.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
